What’s this?
It’s an action for Adobe Photoshop or newer designed to add a hand drawn effect to any image, of any size. The resulting file is layered, editable and of high resolution (3000 x 3000 px at 300 dpi). So easy to use, it’s foolproof!
Why do I need it?
It’s a one click effect with high resolution results, even from tiny images, and you can send it directly to print. And at a very low price, too. But maybe you want to just create it yourself, because it seems easy enough. Well, here’s ho to do it: create a large pattern with 1, 3 and 5 px sinusoidal dashed lines, with a 20 px dash and a 3 px spacing. The space between each lines is 4 px and each pattern is carefully alligned over another. Then, filter the image through four levels of threshold, use a selective color range to create masks for each pattern, then create a thin outline tracing from a duplicate image. Remove the whites and create a copy merged layer.
Pretty complex, isn’t it? Yeah, we thought so. Buy this one instead.
