Refund Policy

1. Overview
At Designious, we want you to be confident in what you purchase. Our products are digital goods that become available to you immediately after purchase. Because digital products cannot be "returned" once downloaded or accessed, all sales are generally final and non-refundable, except as described in this Refund Policy or where required by applicable law.

2. Digital Products & Subscriptions
Designious provides digital products (such as vector artwork, illustrations, templates, and related assets) through subscription plans. When you complete a purchase or subscription:
- Access to downloadable digital content is typically granted immediately once your payment is confirmed.
- Because access is granted right away, we do not offer refunds for subscription payments or individual digital product purchases, except in the limited situations described in Section 4.
- Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund previous payments.

3. No Refunds for Change of Mind, Expectations, or Usage
Because our products are digital and accessible immediately, we do not issue refunds in situations such as:
- You no longer want or need the product after purchase.
- The item did not meet your expectations or you consider it to be of low quality.
- You bought a subscription or item by mistake.
- You do not have the necessary software, tools, or expertise to use the item.
- You have used or downloaded assets during the subscription period and later decide you do not want to pay for that period.
- You request a refund but do not provide enough detail for us to verify a technical or billing problem.
Please review product details, requirements, and previews carefully before subscribing or purchasing.
4. Limited Circumstances Where Refunds May Be Considered
While refunds are generally not offered, we may consider a refund or adjustment in the following situations:
- Duplicate or accidental double charge: You were billed twice for the same subscription period or order due to a technical or payment error.
- Clear technical defect we cannot fix: A product is materially broken or significantly different from its description, and our support team is unable to fix the issue or provide an alternative within a reasonable time.
- Unauthorized payment (fraud): The payment was made using your payment method without your authorization, and this is confirmed with your bank or payment provider.
- Legal requirements: Applicable law in your jurisdiction requires that a refund be provided in a specific case (for example, certain consumer rights laws).
Any refund we provide outside of these limited cases is at Designious' sole discretion and does not create an obligation to offer similar refunds in the future.
5. How to Request a Refund Review
If you believe you qualify for a refund under Section 4, please contact us within 14 days of the charge by:
- Emailing us at support@designious.com, or
- Using the contact form on our contact page.
To help us review your request quickly, please include:
- Your name and account email address.
- The order or invoice number, and date of purchase.
- A clear explanation of the issue and why you believe a refund is warranted.
- Screenshots or error messages, if the issue is technical.
We may ask for additional information to verify and resolve the issue. Submitting a request does not guarantee that a refund will be granted.
6. Effect of Refunds on Licenses
Any approved refund (full or partial) for a subscription payment or order will automatically cancel your rights and license to use assets downloaded under that refunded payment, as described in our License Agreement.
If a payment is refunded, reversed, or charged back by your bank or payment provider, you must immediately stop using all assets obtained under that payment and remove them from any products, listings, or client work, unless you have a separate non-refunded license covering those assets.
7. Timing of Refund Payments
If a refund is approved, we will process it to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times vary depending on your bank or payment provider, but it typically takes 7–10 business days after we initiate the refund for the funds to appear on your statement.
If you have not received your refund after this period, please check with your bank or card issuer first. If they are unable to locate the refund, contact us at support@designious.com and we will help investigate.
8. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider, we may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service while the dispute is investigated.
If the chargeback is resolved in your favor, your license for any assets obtained under the disputed payment will be considered canceled, and you must stop using those assets. If the dispute is resolved in our favor, your subscription and account may be reinstated at our discretion.
9. Changes to This Refund Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify active subscribers (for example, by email or a notice in the Service). Your continued use of the Service after the updated policy is posted means you accept the changes.
